Yes, all our events require attendees to be at least 18 years old.

Some events have an older minimum age, which will be stated in the event infomation on the ticket link.

Yes, government ID (Passport or Driving License) is required to attend the events.

Generally speaking, our regular events do not have a dress code.

We encourage guests to look good but feel comfortable.

Some events do have a specific dress code, which will be detailed in the event or ticket description. For example our Halloween events are fancy dress or may have a theme and our Slow Jam Soiree is strictly smart dress.

The timings of each event are available in the event description, but most of our events run from 5pm - 11pm

We typically release all tickets when we go on sale. Once tickets sell out, you can join the Waiting List (if it is available) and if tickets become available they will be offered to those in the waiting list.

We do not offer refunds directly, however if there is a Waiting List available for the event you have tickets to, you will be able to offer your tickets to the Waiting List in the ticketing app. Provided someone in the Waiting List purchases these, you will be refunded.

The Waiting List allows people who have tickets but can no longer attend the event to refund their tickets to the Waiting List, allowing someone who wants tickets to purchase them.

The Waiting List works on a first come, first served basis. Depending on when you joined the waiting list will depend on when you are offered any available tickets.

This is dependant on people returning their tickets.

Yes, we are open to working with other Promoters and Event Organisers to add the RnB & Slow Jam experience to other exciting events.

We do not directly have a lost & found but the venues we hold our events will do. You can contact them directly.

We do not have photographers at all our events but any official pictures will be uploaded to our Facebook photo albums around a week after the event.

We play a mix of R&B music throughout the ages.

The branded RnB & Slow Jams inflatable microphones and fans are free giveaways handed out at the events. Arrive early and get close to the front for your best chance to snatch one.
